  • Return / Refund :

    Here at BlueBean store, we provide a return time period of 10 - working days". In case you receive an order that seems/appears to be externally damaged. You may also have received a defective product that idly reflects, how poorly handled of the shipment/order. Please be assured. BlueBean store customer support has always given it's full potential and are available '24/7'  to provide the best assistance for the BlueBean store Loyal customers. You may receive an order with a product seemed to be damaged/ defective.



    Any order that is placed within the "return time period of 10 - working days"  the order is eligible for a return/refund/exchange. Rest assured, you're perfectly qualified to create a return/ exchange /refund order. Hence, you may also be listed in the priority list, you need to contact us immediately with information & issue on the order you received BlueBean store. Your item/product should be in the same Condition / shape, you received that product/item. Un-worn & the tags as well as the original packaging it came in.


    To qualify for a return /refund / exchange order. In addition to that, you would require any type of receipt/bill or documented proof of purchase / transaction  made. You are free to contact us at : admin@bluebeanstore.com - To initiate a return /refund / exchange process, the return/exchange order must undergo conditions / validation and  approved it.



    However, you will be notified further via email notification in regards to the return/ exchange order you created. In-regards to the return /exchange order and do our best to resolve your issue/query with full potential and also fixed at it's earliest. So, we do keep you informed completely about the issue faced with the order/purchase from us. If you don't inform or let us know  prior to send it back to us, you received from BlueBean store would be considered a invalid return/exchange order and will be cancelled.



    Until and unless we validate your return/exchange/refund order and complete the validating process and provide you with the "Return Shipping Label" to ship the return/exchange order. A return order wouldn't be considered for the return/exchange and is approved for a return/exchange order. Please feel free to contact us for any issues you might face with BlueBean store.     • Damaged / Defective : 

    Please inspect your order up on delivery and please make sure to contact us immediately, if the item is discovered defective, damaged or you receive a wrong item so that we can evaluate and assist you with the best possible resolution, as we respect the decision of our excited customers who are privileged by the option in the products they can chose for their loving Pets.



    Exceptional  Products  :

    • Non - returnable / reversable  and  e - Gift Cards : 

    Certain category of items can't be returned, For example : Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), Custom products (such as special/personalized orders / Personalized items), & goods for personal care (such as Beauty & Care products). We don't accept any type of  return orders  that may have been manufactured with any kind of Hazardous material, Flammable Liquid / Gas. Please get in touch with us, If you do have any questions/queries/concerns regarding a specific product that you may have liked and prefer an assistance on deciding the product she had chose with her own interest in it.


    • We don't accept any return orders that are on a active sale/discount or even e - Gift Cards as they are completely non - reversible, once you redeem/Add the  e - Gift Card, to your BlueBean store  Account wallet.


    • e - Gift Cards, that can definitely be used to reduce order values or even gift your loved once, who may have not yet decided what to be purchased as a present on an event you are a part off. 


    • "Standard Shipping Charges/Fee" are applicable on all return orders and the "Return Shipping Label" for the return order to be shipped to us for the validation and acceptance.


    • e - Gift Cards, are Non - refundable / Non -Reversable, Which you might have not received the e - Gift card you purchased successfully at BlueBean store. Usually, occurred due to Mistakes, Manual Errors made while, placing  e - Gift Card order with wrong email-ID recipient. . 


    For Instances, you have entered a Invalid / Wrong  email-ID as the recipient. The e - Gift Card is sent via email from BlueBean store with complete features and options. The e - Gift Cards with the value it was purchased and the pass code to apply it on a purchase. Unfortunately it gets lost before you had the opportunity to redeem the e - Gift Card  to your account or at least apply it on purchase you would prefer to make. You also couldn't share it to a friend, as intended for this e - Gift Card purchase from BlueBean store.



    Couldn't locate the lost email & the e - Gift Card that's in it. You may also enter an email-ID that you don't have access to or don't own it, and also any typo - errors made while manually entering the "Recipient email-ID  Tab"  before confirming the purchase and complete the payment, which was the reason for the e - Gift Cards not received to the customer email-ID as you had entered an invalid/wrong email-ID.
     




    •  Return / Exchange : 

    The fastest way to ensure you receive the exchange at the earliest. You need to first the item / product that's already been delivered to you. Once the return order was inspected / validated and accepted for the exchange you requested. So, do make sure to place an Individual order with a new product.




    • Refund / Adjustment :

    We always send a email notification to you, confirming the refund credited back to the original mode of payment which you might have used while make the purchase of the product you are being refunded, once we've receive and inspected your return order successfully, we'll letting you know shortly after  to inform,  if the return order was accepted for the refund or not. 


    Once, you are approved and automatically issued the refund to the original mode of payment used while making a purchase. Please be aware, delay in receiving the refund may occur due to the service issue at your Bank Account or the Credit Card Company to successfully process the Credit / Refund to your Bank.


    The credits/refunds are usually issued to the original mode of payment, it usually takes 3 - 4 working days. Once the refund is issued an email confirmation  email is sent to you shortly. After you receive the email confirmation for the refund, it would consist all the details & information about the refund processed, with the refund value issued  including all taxes & fees, also verifying the method of payments at BlueBean store.
